Moustakas toy store is a two-storey store located in the new expansion area of the shopping centre. The challenge was to create a fun connection between the two levels of this flagship store, creating a wow effect for all visitors.

Opened in 2011, River West shopping centre is located on the west side of Athens, equidistant between the Acropolis and Piraeus, on one of the city´s main access arteries. A success story due to its excellent location, unique variety of brands, and comfortable functionality.
theleisureway was invited to collaborate in their expansion project, River West Open Experience, a new lifestyle proposal with the creation of an open-air pedestrian promenade that acts as the backbone for the new shopping, catering, and family leisure areas.
Inspiration and First Ideas
The concept is based on the integration of a slide and a wavy ramp into a wooden ramp. The combination of textures, shapes and activity gives the store entrance a spectacular and elegant look for both children and adults.
Solution
We created a fun connection between the two levels at the main entrance hall, creating a wow effect for all visitors. The design is based on two slides integrated into a wood ramp. The combination of textures, shapes and activity gives the store entrance a spectacular and elegant look for the customers.
